I just joined google plus and it is not just another social network.IMHO, it is more likely neat and faster than facebook.com. Google plus gives us more control over your network through Circles, it is like labeling or categorizing your network into you-name-it. Although they have presets like Friends, Family, Affiliate, Following (your idols, yay!!). I am not sure how many circles you can have on each account..
The key here is like you can share posts to me, but its up to me if I'll share something with you. You can also categorize your friend as office-mate as well or anything and she/she will be on both circles.
When you are posting something, it's only a click which circles do you want to share it.. :)
tip: make a circle for your bosses. LoL!
