What's new to this coming election? Well.. It's not manual counting anymore which takes half a year to know the result.. Yes, they will now use "Automatic Voting System". As a Computer Science student I have this personal doubts on how this thing will work from it's Security, Accuracy and Reliability.. Still, there are some politicians that can't MOVE-ON from traditional voting procedure and I really don't get it.. Are they afraid of computers?
For my personal opinion, politics here in Philippines is the dirtiest job, not literally of course. They will do everything just to get what they wanted. They don't break the law, they bend it haha! :) And now, I have this thought that this coming election something is gonna happen.. I just don't know what is it.. :D
People here are somewhat weird, they vote for celebrities.. :( is it because they are a good actor/actress? because of their promises? but after they've been elected what will happen next? most of their promises are just like bubbles that pops out in the air.. They have their own styles to get the vote of the people, like this one that he emphasizes that he also came from a poor family that he even swam into a sea of garbages and spent Christmas on streets.. yes, he said it..
I like the person who really works and stays on their offices and not in the front of the media for exposure.. for me, if they are in front of the media, they are not working.. Is it okay that you pay taxes and you see them not working?
